Carlos del Razo

Founding Partner

Carlos del Razo is a founding partner of Del Razo & Rábago Consultores Ambientales and one of the most recognized environmental law attorneys in Mexico. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises companies and projects in heavily regulated sectors.

Former President of the Mexican Academy of Environmental Impact (AMIA), currently President of its Technical Advisory Council, and former President of the AIJA Sustainability Council. His practice has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers, and Legal 500 (Next Generation Partner 2025).

Carlos Rábago

Founding Partner

Carlos Rábago is a founding partner of Del Razo & Rábago Consultores Ambientales and has an extensive track record in environmental consulting. With nearly 30 years of experience, he is recognized for his technical precision and his ability to integrate sustainability criteria into large-scale projects.

Former President of the Mexican Academy of Environmental Impact (AMIA), former President of the Technical Advisory Council, and a member of the same association. He has led environmental impact assessments for landmark projects such as Line 12 of the Mexico City Metro, the Suburban Railway, and the Piedra Larga Wind Power Plant in Oaxaca.

Alejandro Herrera

Attorney specialized in Administrative Law, Intellectual Property, and health regulation, with litigation experience before the TFJA and Collegiate Courts. Law degree from Universidad Panamericana.
